I am due in 6wks and since hte day we found out we were having another baby we were set on the girl and boy name. now 6wks prior to having him/her we decided to change it to something very different ever since d was born we "knew" what we would name the next one and now we changed it. family members knew if it was a boy it would be this and if it was a girl it would be that. but we are not using it now and and not telling anyone what we are going to name the baby (dh and I know but noone else...

baby girl born at 12:52 p.m. 4 lb 12 oz 19inches. she is doing great. will be i level II nursery for a week or two. delivery went great; i'm feeling great--just wish i had her in my arms! (got to hold her for about ten minutes a half hour after she was born)

We went in Friday afternoon 3pm for a routine non-stress test and 7 hours later we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Karina was born on Fri, March 5th at 9:54pm and is doing great!! She was 6lbs 4oz and 17 1/2 inches long. I will post the full story after we get home and get settled...and I promise to include a pic!! :)

we decided on a name. :) Isabella Renea--we will call her Bella. she is doing great, though she is very sensitive to much stimulation, so i don't get to hold her too often. she is getting 10 cc of breast milk every two hours through the ng tube but is having a hard time with it. she does a lot of gagging and refluxing and choking and spitting up (and holding her breath one time). she's lost pretty much her entire feed three out of the five times she's been fed. i was only able to get the first...

I have been trying for months, my first two children I got pregnant on first try, this is so fustrating and upsetting. Any suggestion on what you feel works best are appreciated thanks

my water broke at 7 this morning. i am at the hospital dilated to 4. regular but not terrible contractions. hanging antibiotics now since i'm gbs pos. i'm 34 weeks so will delievery in OR and neonatology will be available. guess today is the day!

Im 35w5d and I went in at 35w3d and he said I was already 1cm dialated and 75% efaced. My due date is not till March 26 but they are going to induce me March 17. But my OB said that since Im already this far along so early he seems to think I might go into labor on my own in about 2 weeks or so at about 37w .. what do you guys think ? I know you dialate to 1cm early especially with baby #1 but this is baby #3 and Im almost efaced completely . Just curious ... I will keep everyone...

This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first 2 I was negative however today went in and got my results saying Im positive this go around. He said usually if you are negative first 2 times then you normally wouldnt be a carrier. But yet here we are. I am 36w and Im already dialated to a 2 now ! He said not a big deal when they induce on March 17 they will just put me on antibiotics. But if I go into Labor on my own before then he said make sure to tell L&D that I am positive so they give me the Abx. ...

since i need to increase my water intake (I just can't get myself to drink the 8 cups of water), I bought some Crystal light to add to my bottle at work. Just to give me some flavor. i didn't realize that one of the boxes I bought, is a new kind. i went in for fetal monitoring yesterday as Baby Girl has had decreased movement since saturday. she got the two heart rate accelerations in 20 minutes (though the second one was "prodded" by the nurse shaking my belly). amniotic fluid looked ok on ultrasound. i will go in on thursday for a biophysical profile to make sure she is doing ok. i was consistently contracting every two minutes while on the monitor. i have been contracting for many weeks, so i didn't think anything of it. they were...

during my second visit at the OB office, the nurse practitioner mention that I had a tilted uterus. she said it's nothing bad, but something to keep an eye on. stupid me didn't ask more because i was very tired and i just wanted to leave. so now i'm curious what it means when you are pregnant. why would we have to keep an eye on it. by the way.. it's official. due date is Sept 9.

I have been craving meats, fruits and veges like crazy this time around. Oh and I hate orange juice but I can't get enough of it (especially at night, that's when I really crave it). Ok, this will sound silly but bear with me. My birthday is 1-21, dh's is 7-27, Lyndsay's is 7-10-03 (10 minus 7 is 3), and Billy's is 3-25-05. They all roll off the tongue and are easy to remember (in my simple mind). Well I have issues when I carry kids because my starting weight is about 100 lbs. And when I get pregnant I carry ALL Of my weight in my uterus (right now im at 141) so 41 lbs so far .
