Elisa, 11/14/2005: Chromosome rearrangement involving 3, 7 and 4 with a duplication of 3q and deletion on 4q, classical autism, severe global developmental delay, seizure disorder, reflux, aspiration/100% g-tube fed, dysphagia, right facial palsy, mild hypothyroid, asthma, severe bilateral hearing loss, central sleep apnea, myopia, astigmatism, Chiari type I malformation, multiple minor dysmorphic features/duplication 3q syndrome, autonomic symptoms, intermittent sensory ataxia, constipation, hypoglycemia with illness, ASD/VSD closed, cleft palate repaired. Labs show mild amino acid abnormalities. Meds: Prilosec, Benadryl, Miralax, Albuterol, Flovent, Bactroban, Lacrilube ointment, Synthroid. My Meesa!
Eliana, 1/26/2009: Bilateral congenital cataracts removed, aphakic glaucoma, strabismus left eye, ptosis left eyelid, horizontal end gaze nystagmus, moderate communication delay, mild gross and fine motor delay, feeding problems, constipation, reflux, MSPI. History of multiple issues in infancy including central apnea, lethargy, vertical nystagmus, elevated liver functions, all (mostly?) resolved now. Meds: Miralax, Cosopt, Xalatan, Prevacid Solutabs.
