Child's Background

Scott is 19 years old and has Lennox Gastaut Syndrome, suspected Cystic Fibrosis, Intracranial Hypertension, Papilledema, low blood pressure, severe vagus nerve damage due to a VNS (medical implant for epilespy), g-tube fed 22 hours a day by his Bard Genie button using a Zevex Infinity Pump, on ketogenic diet and is 99% seizure free and 100% seizure and behavior medication free since Aug.3, 2005, mildly mentally challenged, severely delayed growth and puberty, many medication allergies and latex allergy. Probably forgot something in the long list of medical problems he has.
David is 18 years old and has severe asthma and recently diagnosed with Schizophrenia.
Sarah is 17 years old and so far has no medical problems.
Joshua, our oldest child is 24 years old, is married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley and they have a 1 1/2 year old little girl named Savannah. Thankfully they live near us so we get to see them at least once a week.
